6 Week Foundational

This 6 week journey has both male and female options and is designed with the beginner in mind. As the name implies this  program is designed to create foundations in exercise, nutrition, hormonal balance, and habits. You will correspond with your coach via text and email on all topics fitness, to include your goals, exercise, nutrition, mind set and habit development. Specifically the program includes:

  • An exercise program to include both in gym and at home workouts
  • A nutrition program and food list
  • Educational lessons
  • Habit development program
  • Goal tracking
  • Unlimited coaching


WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM BETTER?!

There are literally thousands of programs out there. What makes this one better? Simple. Accountability strategies. How many times have you looked at a workout or a program and you think wow that looks awesome? You purchase it, and you do the workout or program once or twice then it collects dust. Why is that? It's because you were either dictated to on how you'll be held accountable, the programs idea of being held accountable is posting in a facebook group that no one checks, or the program made it sound like you'd love the program so much you'll just naturally do it. How did that work? Not well in many cases and here's why.
Everyone's life, challenges, priorities and schedules are different. Giving someone only one way of being held accountable will likely be ideal for a small percentage of people. However, in this program your coach will discuss various accountability approaches, pros, cons, and situations that certain approaches may work better. Based on your feedback you and the coach will agree on which approaches and strategies to use, instead of pigeon-holing you into one the program dictates to you.
