If you're a beginner ideally you would want a workout program and coaching, so you have someone to help hold you accountable, counsel you on nutrition and answer any questions on exercise programming that may come up. However, if you're on a budget perhaps you want to start with one of our pre-made workout programs first. These only cost $60 and come with a success guide, an app that shows you how to do each exercise, a weekly video lesson and the ability to email the coach if you have any questions. You can always add the coaching on at a later time if you feel you need more support. Coaching runs $180 for the month and includes phone or zoom calls.
Past injuries or medical conditions
If you have current or past injuries, past surgeries or a medical condition we strongly advise you to purchase a custom workout plan. In the custom plans we take your health history, goals and any nuances of your situation and we work that into the program. It is also strongly advised to purchase coaching. This way the program can be changed, updated or instructed on an ongoing basis to ensure you get the safest and most effective experience possible.
Intermediate and advanced
Even if you're intermediate or advanced you can greatly benefit from coaching, however if you feel that a workout program is all you need you would be best served by purchasing a custom-made workout program. These programs are written based on the goals you provided, health history, and any other relevant information you provide.
