how asynchronous personal training works:
We would correspond via text or email to learn about your goals, your current fitness level, and what equipment/gym/location you'd be using. I would get you all setup on my app, upload your workout programs (that have exercise videos embedded inside), and I'd answer your questions via text or email (phone if necessary) to make sure you're clear on what to do. There will be questions that arise and all you'd have to do is shoot a quick text and I'll respond back as soon as possible.
You can pay for training week by week and that cost is $50. If you'd like to save 10-15% you can subscribe to automatic monthly payments for $180, which will give you new workouts every week automatically. The monthly option is an automatic payment, however if you find this is something you're going to be doing routinely (which of course is ideal for your health and goals) you save $20 on the months where there's 4 weeks in the month, but since most months actually have more than 4 weeks you're actually getting a bigger discount.
