Side Plank with Rear Deltoid Raise

This exercise allows you to strengthen the obliques ("side abs"), rear deltoids and rhomboids (shoulders and back). You use your elbow and "side abs" to lift your hips and knee from the floor. The other arm is straight but not locked out.
