The Weighted Reverse Leg Lift

This is an excellent exercise to strengthen, and grow the glutes without the orthopedic stress on the knees associated with a squat. Place the dumbbell behind the knee (use a towel or foam pad on handle for heavy weight) and squeeze weight to prevent it from coming loose. Keep back flat as you raise the leg.
