Water Consumption

While water consumption is largely determined on a case by case basis a good rule of thumb is take your body weight divide it by 2, and that's how many ounces you should drink. The IOM (Institute of Medicine) recommends water consumption by gender men (3 liters/day), and women (2.2 liters/day)
