Zottman Curls

This exercise begins like a normal curl with palms facing up. Once you reach the top you rotate the wrists to face down and slowly lower the weight down, rotating the wrist back to the beginning position. This exercise is useful for strengthening the biceps brachii, the brachialis, and the wrist extensors.
