In-person coaching and/or personal training includeS:
-A thorough physical and health history assessment
-A custom made program (printed upon request) based on goals, and assessments
-Nutritional counseling and planning
-Accountability via apps, technology and weekly check-ins
Plans offered:
-Individual sessions
- Ideal for those that travel and want a session that does not time out
- For those that need just a little assistance with a current program
- Those who can only make it in a couple times a month or once a week
-Monthly plans- Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes depending on the plan selected. You get a predetermined number of sessions each week. Unlike individually purchased sessions these are use it or lose it sessions. They are considerably discounted compared to the individual session rate but reset each week whether you use them or not. Over the years those on a monthly plan have been shown to:
- Increase accountability and attendance
- Successfully create the exercise habit
- Develop a greater grasp of fitness and nutrition concepts
- Are many times more successful on average than those that go the individual session rate
