In-person coaching or personal training. Who I serve:
1- If you're looking for an inexpensive way to learn about exercise, nutrition and fitness for yourself or to help a loved one please visit Exercise-U.
2- My one-to-one service is for those who have been unable to lose weight in the past and need a more precise approach, or those who have had past injuries, need an anti-aging program or have serious fitness or performance goals.
3- If you're just looking to lose weight, and need a program and someone to keep you accountable check out Online Personal Training.
What you'll get in my one-to-one service:
-In person and remote support (calls, text, software)
-A thorough physical assessment
-A custom made program (printed upon request)
-Sessions last 60 minutes *I charge a flat rate of $50 if we train in my private studio or $60 a session for a location of your choice.
