In-person private training

Personal training in a traditional gym is typically performed where everyone can see and watch you. It is not uncommon to feel self conscious in this environment. If that sounds like you, a better option is private training.

Plans

Individual sessions

  • Ideal for those that travel and want a session that does not time out
  • For those that need just a little assistance with a current program
  • Those who can only make it in a couple times a month or once a week 
  • *Rates are determined by the length of session and number purchased

monthly plans

Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes depending on the plan selected. You get a predetermined number of sessions each week. Unlike individually purchased sessions these are use it or lose it sessions. They are discounted compared to the individual session rate but reset each week whether you use them or not. Over the years those on a monthly plan have been shown to:
  • Increase accountability and attendance
  • Successfully create the exercise habit
  • Develop a greater grasp of fitness and nutrition concepts
  • Are many times more successful on average than those that go the individual session rate
*Rates vary on number of times per week and are charged monthly. 
Support:
  • You can and should text your trainer with any questions at any time
  • Your custom program will be uploaded into the Jumping JACs/Mypthub app. This is where we will also track your measurements, weight, photos, and nutrition.
  • On the days you're not in studio you can visit a gym and use the workouts in the app or you can login to Fitness On Demand, which is similar to Peloton or Beach Body and perform core, Pilates, spin, dance, or yoga routines to help improve your recovery and burn more calories.
