One-to-One Personal Training

PROGRAMS 

  • Monthly Personal Training Plan
    • Ideal for those who: ​are looking to develop the exercise habit, lose weight, get fit
    • ​These sessions do not carry over (use it or lose it)
    • These are 45-60 minutes session
    • You get 4 sessions per week 
      • ​no extra charge for months with five weeks​
  • Anytime Personal Training Packages 
    • Ideal for those who: are looking to train once or twice a week
    • ​Come in 4 session or 10 session increments
  • Pay-As-You-Go
    • Sessions can be 30 or 60 minute sessions​
