- Travel and can not meet a trainer face to face
- Have a hectic schedule that causes you to need a lot of flexibility
- Can't find a reasonably priced or reasonably qualified personal trainer
- Prefer to workout alone or at home
about online personal training:
There are both Live online personal training and Asynchronous online personal training options. Live training means the session is face to face over a video call (zoom). Asynchronous means a program is written for you and uploaded in the fitness app. The fitness app has a video embedded for each exercise so you know exactly what to do. You open the app, conduct it on your own and interact with the trainer via text or email. Some do a combination of both.
