- Travel and can not meet a trainer face to face
- Have a hectic schedule that causes you to need a lot of flexibility
- Can't find a reasonably priced or reasonably qualified personal trainer
- Prefer to workout alone or at home
about online personal training:
There are both Live and Asynchronous online personal training options. Live training means the session is face to face over a video call (zoom). Asynchronous means a program is written for you and uploaded in the fitness app. You conduct it on your own and interact with the trainer via text or email. Some do a combination of both.
