Caesar Salad Procedure:
  • Mix the vegetable oil and garlic in a large bowl then leave it for 30 mins. Take this time to prepare the croutons
  • Slice brioche or bread into smaller pieces then lay them on a baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to apply oil which can be infused with garlic (like in step one)
  • Toast until they turn golden brown then let them cool
  • Toss anchovies into the garlic-oil mix. Stir before adding in the eggs and giving them a thorough whisk. As you whisk, add some lemon juice gradually. Add half of the cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Ensure a blanaced taste of lemon in the dressing
  • Get the lettuce and separate them from their tips using your hands. Don't cut. Put them into the oil mix, add the remaining parmesan cheese, then stir to coat the lettuce
  • Toss the pieces of toasted bread and add them into the salad and give them a thorough mix.

Tuna Salad and White Bean with Basil Vinaigrette Procedure:
  • Heat water and bring to a boil. Add green beans and 1tbsp salt. Cook for about 4 minutes until it becomes squeezable.
  • Drain then rinse using cold water
  • Using a blender, puree vinegar, oil, basil, shallot, and 1/2 tsp of pepper and salt
  • Transfer some of the dressing to a big bowl then toss with the green beans.
  • Fold in tuna, white beans, and lettuce. Then serve with eggs and remaining dressing

Potsticker Stir-Fry
Procedure:
  • Pan-fry pierogies or vegetable potstickers in a big skillet.
  • Then put in a plate. Whisk with water, fresh lime juice, and hoisin sauce.
  • In a skillet, add vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.
  • Add yellow pepper, freshly chopped ginger, and red pepper.
  • Cook for 5 minutes while tossing for 1 minute.

Mediterranean Turkey Skillet
​Procedure:
  • In a big skillet, heat the oil on medium heat
  • Add oregano, garlic, peppers, onion, zucchini, and turkey
  • Cook for at least 10 minutes or until the turkey changes from pink and the vegetables become tender. This will allow the turkey to break into crumbles then drain.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients, heat through while stirring occasionally

Spicy Pomegranate Chicken Salad:
  • Season the chopped chicken ith curry, onion salt, and vinegar. Set aside for 20 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 390 for 10 minutes
  • Place the chicken into a well greased baking dish with a layer of aluminum foil and allow the chicken to cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Baste chicken by spooning over its hot liquid. Place back in the oven without the foil covering for an additional 10 minutes.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Ensure that everything is evenly coated.
  • Serve the chicken and salad together
