Most people think of exercise as strength or cardio. When it's strength we think we pick weights up and put them down and the body just naturally strengthens. When we do cardio we tend to think just move at a pace where I'm sweating. At the most basic level this is correct. However when training is unbalanced we unknowingly cause problems. The smaller of these is we create muscular imbalances, inflammation, and muscle adhesions. On the more severe end we cause injuries, sprains, strains, and arthritis.
