Fitness Support

Fitness support is a coaching and education service that gives you the tools to ADAPT, IMPROVISE and OVERCOME to an ever changing life/environment. If you need more support we have the Level 2 service. If you need less support we have the Level 1 service. In both cases you receive weekly topic videos, weekly strategy emails, access to a comprehensive app and access to an experienced and credentialed professional.
Life is ever changing, the only way to effectively adapt and overcome to such changes is to have the proper knowledge, support and tools.

Fitness support may be for you if you've experienced any of the following:
  • ​Showing up to the gym, just to wander around trying to figure out what you should do? or maybe
  • You're doing well, but want to enhance your knowledge to take things to the next level
  • Wanting to change your lifestyle but lacked the guidance on exercise, nutrition, or daily strategies to incorporate?
  • Wanting to workout at home but not sure what equipment to get, and how effective it would be?
  • Having some aches and pains, and not being sure what exercises can help you get stronger without creating more pain?
  • Being worried that you’re not doing the exercises correctly and that you might hurt yourself?
  • Feeling like your nutrition is good but can not seem to figure out why you’re gaining weight or unable to lose weight?
  • Knowing you need to exercise but just can’t afford a traditional face to face trainer?
  • Feeling confused from what the media says about fitness and nutrition, and notice there is a lot of conflicting information and don’t know how to sort out what’s true versus what’s “trendy” but not scientifically supported?​
