Is about having someone in your corner. Whether you select Lvl 1 or Lvl 2 you have me in your corner. My knowledge and experience go far beyond just exercise and the service goes far beyond having access to workouts.

I can help with questions on exercise yes, but I can also help with questions on:
  • nutrition
  • how to design your home gym
  • what types of equipment work well, cost effective equipment ideas (and versatility of equipment) (I do not sell equipment nor supplements) so you can know my recommendations are pure
  • what type of fitness classes might benefit your goals
  • common pit falls and obstacles I've seen
  • exercise alternatives based on past history
  • ideas of how to incorporate exercise into a hectic schedule

Level 1 Fitness Support

  • Gives you access to your coach via the app. You can message your questions to me, the trainer of trainers.
  • You will have access to dozens of done for you workouts.
  • Cost $10/month cancel anytime
You can sign up for Fitness Support Lvl 1 by clicking the button below and you will immediately have access to me and to all the done for you workouts.
Fitness Support Lvl 1

level 2 fitness support

  • This includes everything in Level 1 plus
  • You receive customized workouts with
  • One live check-in via phone or video app (your preference) per week. The check-in call is typically 10 minutes. Things we can cover on the call are: form, nutrition, challenges, strategies
  • Cost is $97/month

Level 2 Fitness Support is the best option particularly for those with past injuries, chronic conditions, or joint replacements. Programs for chronic conditions are all based on science and are not just exercises thrown together. For example, if you have a knee replacement you will receive workouts tailored to that condition.
