Fitness Accountability
I have partnered with a company called MyPTHub to offer fitness accountability. 

How it works.
-Every Fitness Accountability member gets started with 2 free workouts uploaded into their account
-To do this you have to download the app
-Next "purchase" Fitness Accountability. The cost is $10 per month

Here's what you get:
-An initial conversation with me about your goals, and various forms to fill out on the app to help me help you
-In the app you can message me directly with any questions you may have
-You get 2 free workouts... when you complete the workouts I can see how long the workout lasted and how what you accomplished
-During the first week you get free workout adjustments. If the workout is too hard, too easy, or you just don't like an exercise, I will amend your workouts (remember the first week only).
-The app allows you to upload progress pics, measurements, and track your food
-You can integrate your fitbit into the app
-Based on your activity and fitness goals I will message you routinely, so you are never alone on this fitness journey... and you always have an expert in your corner
-If you like the workouts and would like more, you can purchase more, or if you'd like to write your own workouts you're able to do that, it's completely up to you
