This program if executed as written will help reduce the risk of heart disease, reduce weight, increase muscular strength, and may result in a reduction or cessation of diabetes medicine (under the direction of your physician ONLY).

Starting... This program applies the latest recommendations established by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and peer reviewed research and integrates them into a precise program that will safely  strengthen, condition, and metabolically impact diabetes. 
Prior to beginning you should meet the following:
​
-You are in contact with your primary health care provider (PHCP) and have a plan for adjusting the insulin/diabetes medication to safely exercise
-You are cleared by your doctor to exercise
-You are free of any other chronic condition (if there is an additional chronic condition please email us, and we can determine if there's an appropriate program for you)
