How One-to-One training works

Personal Training also referred to as fitness training is a one-to-one in-person, individualized training regimen. This service includes a personalized program written based on your preferences, goals, and abilities. It also includes a nutritional strategy and coaching.

How it works-

Step 1-
Get your questions answered, click HERE to get your questions answered

Step 2-
After we speak/exchange emails (whichever you prefer) we schedule your initial meeting and I send you an email. In the email you will have a health questionnaire. All you have to do is click reply, answer the questions the best you can and click send. There are no forms to download, nothing to print off.

Step 3-
At the consult we discuss your goals in detail, and I explain my approach. If you feel it's a good fit, we will schedule the first session. After the meeting I will send you an additional email with a link to set-up your training account. Simply click on the link and follow the steps, and you'll be all setup. (This does require a debit or credit card)

Step 4-
This is the first actual session. We will get payment taken care of (so bring your check book, card, or cash, whichever you prefer), and begin our assessments.  These assessments will benchmark your resting heart rate, flexibility, and initial strength. This will give us the information to move forward in a way that is personally tailored to you ensuring we are training at the right intensity to properly challenge you while also keeping you safe.
