Workouts (general)
General workouts are based on your health history. For example if you have had a knee replacement, your profile will be populated with workouts that are generally ok for those with knee replacements. This differs from custom workouts as custom workouts are written and tweaked based on continual feedback from the client... in essence custom workouts evolve over time. General workouts while specific to your health history do not evolve and are not tweaked. Tweaking the workouts is up to you.

A tweak is an adjustment to a workout, or taking the information from previous workouts to write the next set of workouts. The value of tweaking and adjusting is that there are many different fitness techniques. For example as you become more advanced we will want to implement more advanced techniques such as super sets, compound sets, or HIIT intervals. We may also want to implement isometric, 1-1-2, or specific execution instructions to precisely achieve the next level of fitness you're seeking. If all those terms are giberish to you, that's ok. As your program advances you will be properly educated on what they are, and how to do them CORRECTLY.

Each week a topic video is emailed out. Topic video can be anywhere from 5-15 minutes long. They may be about a nutrition topic, they may be about how to treat a tight muscle, how to develop strength or really anything under the health, fitness and performance umbrella.

Each week a strategy email is sent out. It is typically a short email discussing a strategy to improve your results, to improve your performance, how to streamline, or how to incorporate a new habit.

Phone support
This can be over a phone, or video call. This is useful if you have questions on exercise form, serving size, need something explained that may be hard to communicate over text or email.

These workouts are created based on information you provide. They differ from the Workouts (general) in that they can account for any type of exercise setting/equipment, they can be tweaked to best fit the objectives of the client. Each new set of workouts is designed to build upon the previous workouts. Twice weekly check-ins
Included in the Level 2 service, these check-ins are typically via text/app message. This is to see how things are going, gain any feedback you may have, discuss any challenges, answer any questions, and sometimes to help keep fitness in the forefront of you mind. The coach will initiate these messages.
