These are designed for those who are cleared for exercise and want to develop fitness through the whole body but with an additional emphasis of their choosing.

Fitness for couples take a customized approach to fitness where you each have a plan. You will have plans you do together, and plans you do on your own. In this way you can each reach your specific goals without having to pursue them alone. This program is for couples who are cleared for exercise, and want to find ways to live healthier and happier together.
