AUTO PILOT... nutrition coaching turns off the auto pilot you have been on and allows us to experiment with new foods, new approaches, and new strategies that will allow you to create a new, healthier, and more fun auto pilot. 


Crafted by college instructor, author, and two time awarded top trainer Jeremy Kring, MS, CSCS, from his applied experience and the latest research.
​Designed... as a support tool for improved health, wellness, weight loss, or performance. These are not canned nutrition plans that we know people don't follow. 

Is this calorie counting? Together we will work together to identify the best first steps to helping you get a handle on your nutrition. First steps are often determined after we know your goals, obstacles, and have a good idea of what your day to day looks like. To answer the question... calorie counting may be one of the strategies we use, or food tracking, food planning, or even measuring. However, ultimately the goal is not to count calories permanently. Our eating habits are on auto pilot and our goal is to help you recreate a new auto pilot.
Prior to using this program you should meet the following:
-You are free of any chronic condition that require special nutritional considerations
-Medications can cause food reactions depending on what they are. Make sure you don't have any dietary restrictions from your doctor prior to beginning this program
