- These sessions do not carry over (use it or lose it)
- These are 45-60 minutes session
- You get 4 sessions per week
- no extra charge for months with five weeks
- Anytime Personal Training Packages
- Ideal for those who: are looking to train once or twice a week
- Come in 4 session or 10 session increments
- Pay-As-You-Go
- Sessions can be 30 or 60 minute sessions
