1. Workouts and exercises are selected beginning with your comfort level of exercises and gradually building on what you already know. They will be short initially and be made longer over time. They will be uploaded to your MyPThub App.
2. If accountability is something you need to develop we will establish an accountability plan
3. If accountability is part of the program, and you have a Fitbit brand you may sync it with the app to track your steps. If you have another brand that does not sync, you we can print screen your steps
4. If nutrition is a component you need in your program we can use various approaches including a way to track your food daily in the MyPThub app
5. Communication can be done in the app, via text, Marco Polo, or by a scheduled phone call
6. You get a weekly check-in, and are able to text, contact the trainer at any time. It is requested that you contact the trainer each week for your check in.
