Definition of services

Workouts (general)
General workouts are based on your health history. For example if you have had a knee replacement, your profile will be populated with workouts that are generally ok for those with knee replacements.

Workout tweaks
This is for those receiving Workouts (custom) which would be found in Level 2 Fitness Support. A tweak is an adjustment to a workout, or taking the information from previous workouts to write the next set of workouts.

Weekly topic video
Each week a topic video is emailed out. Topic video can be anywhere from 5-15 minutes long. They may be about a nutrition topic, they may be about how to treat a tight muscle, how to develop strength or really anything under the health, fitness and performance umbrella.

Weekly strategy email
Each week a strategy email is sent out. It is typically a short email discussing a strategy to improve your results, to improve your performance, how to streamline, or how to incorporate a new habit.

Phone support
This can be over a phone, or video call. This is useful if you have questions on exercise form, serving size, need something explained that may be hard to communicate over text or email.

Workouts (custom)
These workouts are created based on information you provide. They differ from the Workouts (general) in that they can account for any type of exercise setting/equipment, they can be tweaked to best fit the objectives of the client. Each new set of workouts is designed to build upon the previous workouts. They take the feedback from the client and information recorded in the previous workouts to create the most relevant and effective workout for that specific client.

Email access to coach
If you have questions, you can access the coach through email. Question examples might be “How do I know if I should add an extra set”, or “I noticed I’m still sore, should I workout?” or “What is a good alternative to a squat”.

Text access to coach
If you have questions about the custom workouts, or to setup a phone support call, or if you and the coach have decided to conduct check in’s through text message.

which one is right for you?
