what are fitness playbooks
Fitness playbooks combine a fitness educational course and personal training into a single program. Each week you will have a short lesson about things such as nutrition, hormones, exercise, stretching etc as well as having customized workouts and a nutrition plan. You will have a live weekly video chat with your coach as well as the ability to text with your coach every day. This is not an "automated" program. You will be working with a human being who will get to know you, and will guide you based on your goals, personality, and needs. Our current playbooks include:

fitness playbooks are excellent for those that:
- Want a personal touch
- Want to quickly spring board towards their goals in a safe and effective way
- perhaps due to an upcoming wedding, reunion, or simply to be summer body ready
- Can not consistently meet a trainer face to face or perhaps do not want to
- Have a hectic schedule that causes you to need a lot of flexibility
- Can't find a reasonably priced or reasonably qualified personal trainer
- Prefer to workout alone or at home but want accountability and support
- Travel regularly
- Mom's who struggle to make it to the gym either due to child care or due to the logistical challenges associated with children
