Designed for women, this 6 week journey is designed with the healthy beginner in mind (no past injuries or medical conditions). In addition to the workouts this journey includes coaching. You will correspond with your coach via text and email on all topics fitness, to include your goals, challenges, nutrition, and what "experiment" to conduct. You will also receive:

Add-On- This is a pre-made nutrition plan complete with listed calories per serving and macros. It includes recipes and instructions for each meal as well as a shopping list. Simply shop from the list, follow the cooking instructions and voila! This plan is not vegan, nor hypoallergenic. If you have allergies or a medical condition, follow your PCP directions.
