Unlike the Beginner journey's the workouts written for this journey are written only after receiving the health and exercise history. These workouts are then uploaded into an interactive app that provides a video demo of each exercise listed. Your coach will make changes to the workouts based on your feedback.


You will receive unlimited email and text access to your coach. You and the coach will collaborate and share experiment ideas based on your conversations. The coach will keep track of them in a spreadsheet that you can also access. This will allow you to see what you've done, what you've learned and it'll help you and your coach co-determine next steps.
