Welcome to my Jumping J.A.C.'s Blog

Today I yet again looked at what media organizations were publishing, and I sat in astonishment at how misleading and misinforming it was. It is no wonder that American's are struggling with fitness with nearly 3/4 of them being overweight or obese. The news tells you one thing one day, then it tells you something completely contradictory the next. You turn on the radio, and you hear non-sense like "a glass of wine has the same health benefits as 30 minutes of exercise". The food labels we have to read are allusive and it seems like every other day, another book is published with the "answer to weight loss". The amount of bad and misunderstood information is staggering, to the point you don't even know what to believe. So as the X-files say "The Truth is Out There", and through this blog, I will bring it to light, and it's my hopes you find it useful, and it helps take the guess work out of your fitness journey.
