fitness for diabetes

Picture
Fitness for Diabetes is a well rounded program proven and used on many diabetics. In some cases the individuals (with their doctors permission) were able to discontinue or reduce their diabetes medicine.

Fitness for Diabetes comes equipped with both gym and home workouts. As the programs progress the exercise combinations change and the intensity gradually increases. The program includes an exercise demo app, Exercise-U, which is an educational resource (that we normally charge $7/month per subscription), email support which allows you to interact with your coach/trainer and a program guide.
WHY CONSIDER FITNESS FOR DIABETES?
  • Your doctor gave you a vague recommendation for exercise and while doctors are not trained in program design or execution the fact remains you need to exercise and you don't want to waste your time and effort on exercises that don't have a superior impact, and you want to stay safe
  • Studies have revealed that resistance training stimulates glucose uptake and lowers glycated hemoglobin in a similar manner to aerobic training, however the combination has a superior impact to either alone
  • The Fitness for Diabetes program if used in conjunction with some nutritional strategies will result in weight loss if that is your desire. For those diabetics who are overweight an appropriate level of weight loss will also help reverse diabetes.
  • All programs have been used live with clients, and were designed by Jeremy
