SAT is a fitness education, action and accountability program. It is an alternative to live one-to-one personal training. In this program you learn what to do, and how to do, AND you're held accountable to taking action.
SAT is conducted through Google Classroom and the MyPThub app. Additionally you will receive a nutritional guide as well as access to the Exercise-U Resource for your assignments (they're not long, we promise). These resources as well as access to a credentialed trainer will ensure you learn and understand what you need to, that you get the program that'll best serve you, and that you'll take the appropriate actions that will yield you YOUR desired results.
What you'll need:
1. Fitness tracker (wrist watch/band)
2. Smart Phone
3. Place to exercise (this can be your home, gym, hotel room etc)
4. A Google account
5. The MyPThub app and Google Classroom app
What you'll get:

5. Access to a credentialed trainer who will not only write your exercise program
but will teach you why it was designed that way, how it'll serve your goals, and
will review if it's done correctly, and give you feedback on how to do it better
