Has worked one to one with clients with a wide range of abilities, conditions, and goals. This is not a complete list of Jeremy's experience but rather to illustrate his range. He has trained Marines, police, and athletes, as well as those with health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, alzheimer's and parkinsons to those with surgical history such as back fusions, knee/hip replacements, and post rehabs.

All programs are written based on his experience, best practices, and the latest research. They include a training guide, email access to coach and resources including mobile app, and online access to Exercise-U.

Purchase of the plan includes:
