Designed for the novice exerciser or those who have been inactive for 6 months or more but have been cleared for exercise without restrictions. Fitness with a Focus ensures that all muscle groups get the necessary exercise to become strong and healthy. It has been the experience of the trainer that most people have a special area of interest. Thus the Fitness with a Focus offers the ability to increase overall fitness with the ability to give special focus and results to a particular area. The areas of focus you may choose from are Glutes, Toning/Weight Loss, or Upper Body. For example the Fitness with a Focus on Glutes, is designed for those who are desiring to become fit, but want an emphasis on creating a lifted, firmer, and rounder butt.

Starting... This program applies the latest recommendations established by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and peer reviewed research and integrates them into a precise program that will safely  strengthen, condition, and metabolically impact the body. 
Prior to using this program you should meet the following:

-You are in contact with your primary health care provider (PHCP) and are cleared to exercise without restrictions.
-You are free of chronic condition (if there is a chronic condition please email us, and we can determine if there's an appropriate program for you)
-Be able to complete the bench mark exercises to ensure your starting strength is appropriate for this program

-Program tweaks if an exercise is uncomfortable, too difficult, or impractical based on where you're exercising, or your lifestyle
-Phone call weekly as needed for 6 weeks
